The purpose of this study is to see how well an investigational photodynamic therapy works to treat prostate cancer. This study is only open to men who have chosen active surveillance, also known as watchful waiting, for an initial diagnosis of prostate cancer. The trial is one year long following the in-hospital photodynamic procedure.
