Avanafil For Erectile Dysfunction Following Radical Prostatectomy
"A Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Parallel Group, Multicenter Study of the Safety and Efficacy of Avanafil in the Treatment of Erectile Dysfunction Following Bilateral Nerve-Sparing Radical Prostatectomy"
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of 2 different doses of avanafil versus placebo in men following bilateral nerve-sparing radical prostatectomy. Avanafil is an investigational drug that is being studied for erectile dysfunction. This 16 week study is only open to men who have undergone an open radical prostatectomy with either Dr. Lepor or Dr. Taneja within 6-24 months of an in-office screening date.

"A Randomized, Placebo-Controlled, Double-Blind, Parallel Design, Phase 3 Study to Assess the Safety and Efficacy of WC3043 Tablets in Male subjects with Erectile Dysfunction"

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of 3 different dosage strengths of WC3043 tablets versus a placebo. Eligible subjects would be randomly assigned to one of the 3 dosages of the study drug or the placebo. Both the male subjects and their willing female significant others are required to sign consent and participate in this study which will last a minimum of 16 weeks.
